pfingoFONE Exchange Policy

By placing an order on this Website, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions for the return of defective products which you purchased from us.

Please carefully read the criteria below. If your returned product does not conform to all applicable criteria set out below, we will reject your return. Consequently, your Return Merchandise Authorisation (�RMA�) will be nullified, and replacement orders will not be made.

Return & Exchange of Defective Products Only

Only defective products can be returned in exchange for the exact same product. No monetary refund will be permitted. We reserve the right to replace the defective product with a similar product in our absolute discretion.  We, in our absolute discretion, will be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.

If the product is defective, you must return the product to our warehouse as follows:

You must first raise a Trouble Ticket at http://support.pfingo.com to obtain a valid RMA from our website, within 14 days from the date on which the product is shipped. 

The defective product must then be returned to and received by our warehouse within 30 days from the date of the issuance of the valid RMA, in accordance with the procedures stated below.

Return Procedures

You will be solely responsible for the costs of the return of the product to our warehouse.

All returns must include all of the following:

  • Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
  • Valid RMAs which can be obtained at http://support.pfingo.com by raising a Trouble Ticket. RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you can no longer return the product.
  • Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
  • The return must be complete and include all accessories (batteries, CDs, etc.).
  • All Manufacturer documentation (manuals etc.).

The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please print out the email which specifies the RMA number and attach it to the returned item.  Alternatively, you can write the RMA number on a piece of paper (for example: RMA No. XXX-YYYYYY) and attach the paper to the returned item. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your costs.

Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet all the criteria in this Policy and to be defective, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.

Exclusions

For the avoidance of doubt, you will not have any coverage or benefit under this Policy if any of the following conditions are applicable:

The serial number or equipment identifier of the product has been altered, defaced or removed.

The product is not returned in strict compliance with this Policy (eg: the product is returned outside the timelines set out in this Policy).

Any defect in the product arising from abnormal or improper use, abnormal condition, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, exposure to excessive temperature or such other environmental conditions, unauthorised alterations or modifications, unauthorised connections, unauthorised repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, Acts of Gods, spill of foods or liquids, or acts which are beyond our control.

Any defect in the product due to normal wear and tear.

Any defect in the product arising from your negligence, wilful conduct or breach of any prevailing pfingo’s terms & conditions.

Other Terms

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any defect in the product will be to return and exchange it in accordance with this Policy. Save as aforesaid, we will not be responsible for any defect of the product.

The use of pfingo services (including the product) is also subject to pfingo’s General Terms & Conditions at www.pfingo.com/pf/public/control/popupTos.  If there is any conflict or inconsistency between any of pfingo’s General Terms & Conditions and any of these Terms & Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency will be resolved in a manner most favourable to us and our affiliates. However, if such conflict or inconsistency cannot be so resolved, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
