If you are not satisfied with your purchase with any of our pfingo services, you may request for a refund. 

Refund Process

1.Email us at pfingo.support@globalroam.com to request for a refund with your user details, reason(s) and supporting fact(s).

2.pfingo may request for additional information to help in investigation purposes.

3. pfingo will review the refund request on a case-by-case basis.

4.pfingo may offer other non-monetary means of compensations of the same value such as call credits etc.

5. Monetary refund will only come in the form of cheque and online direct debit to bank accounts.

pfingo Refund Policy

pfingo reserves the right to refuse any refunds if Users are found abusing pfingo’s system in any way. Users are to read and comprehend our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of abusive pfingo’s system usage, pfingo reserves the rights to terminate the User’s account without any refunds for unused credits and/or subscriptions.

pfingo reserves the right to refuse any refunds for technical glitches which can be or have been resolved. In the event of a technical glitch, pfingo may offer non-monetary compensation, subjected to pfingo’s discretion.

Refund Policy for pfingo Calling and Top Up Cards

Unused balances for pfingo Calling and Top Up Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for cash (except as required by law); Unused balances are not transferable if the user has topped up his registered account.
